Description
The Cafe Manager will supervise food-service operations, hire, train, and coach associates, plan and execute special events and promotions, maintain sanitation and cleaning standards, manage budgets, and improve business performance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years of relevant experience, restaurant or related food-service experience, cash-handling and food-service equipment knowledge, computer and Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably ServSafe or Department of Health certification. The salary is $85,000–$90,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
