Description
Compass Group is hiring a Cafe Manager to supervise food-service operations, including hiring, training, and coaching associates; planning and executing special events and promotions; maintaining sanitation and cleaning standards; managing budgets; and improving business performance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years of relevant experience including barista, coffee, and catering experience, food-service equipment knowledge, cash-handling procedures, computer skills, and ServSafe or Department of Health certification. The salary is $75,000–$85,000 annually, and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
