Description
The Cafe Manager oversees dining services operations at a small-to-medium-volume food-service location, manages food service professionals, handles customer service and complaints, supports profit and loss and budgeting, collaborates with culinary and marketing teams on menus and sales, and oversees meal service, sanitation, infection control, and facility activities. The role requires two years of food-service supervisory or lead experience, general hospitality knowledge, computer and Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably table-service, catering, ServSafe, and associate-degree experience. The salary is $75,000-$85,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
