Morrison Healthcare is hiring a CAFE MANAGER to oversee the daily operations of a healthcare food and retail unit. The role manages staff, budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, cost controls, sanitation and safety, inventory, purchasing, special functions, and customer satisfaction, while coordinating culinary programs with the company’s marketing and culinary teams. A culinary degree or A.A. degree with related experience is preferred, along with at least three years of food-service supervisory experience, healthcare or related supervisory experience, ServSafe certification, and strong leadership, communication, financial, and computer skills.
