Description
The Cafe Manager leads the Front of House and Back of House teams at a Daily Provisions cafe, supporting the General Manager and other location managers. The role oversees hospitality service, kitchen and beverage operations, store cleanliness and inventory, employee development, HR compliance, payroll, and regulatory compliance. Candidates need at least two years of similar management experience, a hospitality-related bachelor’s degree or certification is preferred, and an NYC DOHMH Food Protection Certificate; English fluency and Spanish are preferred. Compensation is $70,000 annually plus performance-based bonus potential, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement matching, and other benefits.
