Alfred is hiring a Cafe Manager in Training to prepare for a full-time Cafe Manager role. The position reports to the Director of Retail and covers team leadership, customer hospitality, daily cafe operations, scheduling, labor and inventory management, financial performance, product quality, and safety compliance. The role is based at a location to be determined, pays $70,304 annually, and requires at least three years of retail, hospitality, or cafe management experience, along with strong leadership, communication, organizational, and physical capabilities.
