The role supervises around 25 full-time employees, manages food court, sandwich shop, coffee shop, and cafe operations, and handles customer service, hiring and training, cash controls, reporting, marketing, merchandising, and safety and sanitation. The position requires retail foodservice management experience and familiarity with online ordering, kiosks, digital signage, and cashless retail operations. The schedule is Monday through Friday with weekends shared as needed, and the salary is $75,000–$85,000 with relocation assistance.
