Description
Madhappy is hiring a full-time Cafe Supervisor for its Pantry by Madhappy flagship location in Malibu. The role oversees staff, inventory, scheduling, sales, cleanliness, beverage quality, events, and customer experience; it also trains and coaches team members and supports the LA Pantry team. Candidates must be based in the Los Angeles metropolitan area, have at least two years of coffee and coffee leadership experience, strong coffee and matcha preparation knowledge, recipe development experience, and event coordination experience. The position pays $22.50 per hour plus tips and includes PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, a fitness and mental health stipend, and other employee benefits.
