Park Hyatt Seoul is hiring a Cafe Team Leader to support the efficient operation of a luxury café partnership with a boutique brand located off-site. The role assists the Cafe Manager in delivering courteous and professional service in line with the café’s operating concept. The position is ranked as Team Leader and requires hospitality or tourism management education, at least two years of hotel operations experience, strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, high-end restaurants, or cocktail bars. Korean and English communication are required, while Chinese is a plus.
