Description
The Cafeteria Cook & 2nd Shift Supervisor prepares meals and kitchen setups, cooks according to menus and dietary restrictions, maintains food-use records, requisitions supplies, monitors menus and spending, trains new employees, and supervises second-shift cafeteria personnel. The role requires an associate degree or equivalent recent relevant work experience, food-service operations experience, communication skills, flexible hours, and analytical thinking. Preferred qualifications include supervisory experience, computer and cash-registering skills, and basic math and cash-handling skills. The position is assigned to Coastal Alabama Community College and may be assigned to any of the College's work sites.
