Egis is hiring a CAFM Engineer for its Project Management Office focused on urban planning initiatives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role oversees the design, implementation, maintenance, testing, and optimization of Computer-Aided Facility Management systems, coordinates facility-management data with urban planning projects, analyzes spatial data, develops technical documentation, supports stakeholders, and ensures compliance with Riyadh municipal regulations and Saudi building standards. The position requires CAFM software experience, urban planning and facility management knowledge, GIS and spatial data analysis, project management, database and reporting skills, and fluency in Arabic and English.
