Description
The Bakery Associate maintains quality and product levels for cake products by mixing, baking, assembling, decorating, receiving, storing, and restocking bakery items while providing customer service. The role requires following production sheets, maintaining inventory and pricing accuracy, keeping the bakery clean and sanitized, communicating with store leadership, and working weekends, evenings, and holidays. A high school diploma or GED and one year of pastry or cake decorating experience are preferred, along with a current Food Handler’s Permit and the ability to read recipes, perform basic math, and work with bakery products.
