Description
The Bakery Associate is responsible for maintaining cake quality, mixing, baking, assembling, decorating, storing, and selling cakes; maintaining inventory and pricing; keeping the bakery clean and sanitized; and providing customer service. The role requires a Food Handler’s Permit, basic baking and recipe skills, organization, communication, teamwork, and availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays. A high school diploma or GED and one year of pastry or cake-decorating experience are preferred. The position pays $15.00–$19.17 per hour.
