Scania is hiring a Calibration and Optimization Engineer to develop and optimize engine calibration strategies for performance, fuel efficiency, emissions compliance, and product quality. The role involves ECU calibration, engine management software, test-bench and dyno work, data analysis, troubleshooting, cross-functional collaboration, technical reporting, and contributing to calibration roadmaps and agile process improvements. Candidates need at least five years of calibration experience, preferably in heavy-duty diesel engines, plus a technical degree or equivalent practical experience.
