The role supports automotive and eBike product development by introducing new platforms, developing and commissioning calibration and test equipment, specifying laboratory tools, supporting production efficiency, conducting root-cause analyses, and preparing training materials for maintenance and manufacturing engineers. Candidates need an electrical or mechatronics engineering degree, 2–3 years of relevant experience, English proficiency, and familiarity with MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar software; programming affinity and willingness to travel are advantageous.
