Description
The Calibration Technician performs on-site calibration of measurement and test equipment at customer facilities within an assigned regional territory and supports the local calibration laboratory when not traveling. Responsibilities include calibrating equipment to manufacturer specifications, documenting out-of-tolerance conditions, performing adjustments and minor repairs, maintaining calibration standards, completing service records, communicating with customers, and submitting travel and administrative documentation. The role requires calibration experience or equivalent training, customer-facing communication skills, Microsoft Office and basic database knowledge, and a valid driver’s license with at least three years of driving experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with occasional overtime, and the position pays $19–$38 per hour depending on experience.
