ECMM is hiring a permanent full-time Call Attendant for its East Coast Mobile Medical Booking Team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The role handles inbound and outbound calls, web and email booking requests, occupational and wellness testing coordination, documentation, troubleshooting, and customer service. It is 100% on-site, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with on-call requirements, and requires a high school diploma, reliable vehicle access, strong communication and organizational skills, and computer/data-entry knowledge.
