Hanscom Federal Credit Union is hiring a full-time, permanent Call Center Agent to provide high-quality member service, resolve issues at first point of contact, process transactions and documents, support account and loan activities, identify relevant products and services, and meet productivity and compliance targets. The role offers $22.23 to $27.79 per hour, medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k), student loan paydown, and paid sick and vacation benefits, along with a flexible hybrid work schedule. Applicants need 1–2 years of similar or related experience, a high school degree or equivalent, and authorization to work in the United States.
