Alta Resources is hiring full-time and part-time Call Center Representatives to provide professional customer service for clients’ customers. The role handles inbound and outbound calls, email, social media, and other communications; troubleshoots and resolves customer issues; provides product support and information; investigates and follows up on concerns; and delivers empathetic, timely solutions. A high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in customer service, sales, training, or member retention are required.
