Cellular Sales is seeking a Call Center Representative to proactively contact customers and prospects by phone to promote products/services, set appointments, and maintain a high level of professionalism. This role focuses on following up on leads, generating store traffic, handling customer inquiries, supporting the sales force, and researching information to provide accurate product/service details. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and persuasion skills, excellent communication abilities, a customer-centric approach, technical proficiency in CRM systems, compliance awareness, problem-solving abilities, time management skills, resilience, adaptability, and teamwork.
