Nesco Resource is hiring a Small Engine and Parts Customer Support Representative in West Columbus to provide inbound customer service, answer repair, service, and troubleshooting questions, identify parts, resolve small-engine and generator issues, process warranty claims and orders, and document interactions. The role requires recent call center experience, customer service and small-engine or automotive experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and offers a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime as needed, competitive pay, and a benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401K, and EAP services.
