ENGIE is hiring a part-time Call Center Representative in Zwolle to handle incoming calls about energy contracts, rates, bills, and sustainability; inform customers about self-service options; identify commercial opportunities; record agreements; and occasionally handle email inquiries. The role starts with one skill area, broadens after 3–4 months, and offers progression to Customer Advisor and Senior Customer Advisor. It requires MBO 4 or HBO-level education, at least two years of call center or customer service experience, strong communication and Dutch skills, and availability for 24–32 hours per week. The position pays €18.50–€20.30 gross per hour and offers flexible daytime shifts, with the possibility of working partly from home after the onboarding phase.
