ANWB Energie is hiring a full-time Energy Call Center Representative in The Hague to serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding energy contracts, charging cards, smart charging, invoices, and other energy questions. The role handles phone, WhatsApp, and email support, provides personalized advice, and contributes to process improvement. It requires availability for 32–40 hours per week, basic MS Excel knowledge, and the ability to obtain a Certificate of Conduct (VOG). The position starts on October 9, 2026, with office training from October 12 through 23, and offers an hourly wage of €18.80, hybrid working after approximately three months, and other allowances and benefits.
