West Shore Home is hiring an onsite Confirmation Team Lead in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The role oversees Appointment Coordinators, coaches new hires, monitors performance and KPIs, evaluates calls, partners with Inside Sales and regional leadership, and improves calendar efficiency. The position requires management experience in a sales-focused customer service environment, coaching ability, reliability, and knowledge of scripting, call techniques, and KPIs. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with guaranteed two days off. Compensation is approximately $46,000 to $50,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, HSA, paid time off, and other benefits.
