Air North is hiring a full-time Call Centre Agent in Whitehorse, Yukon, at $21.00 per hour for 35–40 hours per week. The role handles incoming phone calls and email inquiries, provides customer service and flight and airport information, assists with itinerary changes, promotes products, and meets call-volume and revenue targets. Applicants need at least two years of customer service experience, a passion for customer service, accountability, and legal authorization to work in Canada; French or other-language ability and previous call centre experience are preferred.
