PolyTALENT is hiring a CAM/CNC Programmer in Hamburg to create, simulate, optimize, and validate CAM programs and CNC toolpaths for high-precision aerospace, defense, and energy components. The role covers 3- and 5-axis milling, tool and workholding selection, process setup, cycle-time improvement, program libraries, NPI, DFM feedback, and collaboration with manufacturing, industrial engineering, and software teams. Candidates need several years of CAM or CNC programming experience, familiarity with CAM systems such as hyperMILL, Mastercam, or Siemens NX, 5-axis milling experience, and the ability to work with tight tolerances and complex technical drawings.
