Description
The Licensed Community Association Manager will oversee daily condominium or homeowners’ association operations, support Board governance, coordinate meetings, manage vendors and maintenance personnel, supervise onsite staff, enforce governing documents and Florida Statutes, assist with budgeting and reporting, and resolve resident concerns. The role requires an active Florida LCAM license, two years of community association management experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work onsite, conduct property inspections, and lift materials up to 25 pounds.
