Description
The Community Association Manager oversees daily operations of condominium or homeowners’ associations, supports Board governance, coordinates meetings, manages vendors and maintenance personnel, supervises onsite staff, enforces governing documents and Florida Statutes, assists with budgeting and reporting, and resolves resident concerns. The role requires an active Florida LCAM license, at least one year of community association management experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work onsite, walk community grounds, and perform property inspections.
