The Portfolio LCAM oversees multiple residential community associations, managing daily operations, maintenance, vendor contracts, resident relations, budgets, financial reporting, board meetings, and regulatory compliance. The role requires LCAM certification, at least one year of community association management experience, knowledge of association laws and financial management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include a relevant bachelor’s degree, portfolio management experience, advanced financial and contract skills, conflict resolution or mediation certification, and familiarity with sustainability practices.
