The role covers tooling and fixture planning, independent creation and setup of CNC programs, stable pre-series production, employee guidance, documentation, and continuous program optimization. Candidates should have trade-technical vocational training, several years of professional experience, strong technical knowledge, CAD/CAM and MS Office skills, and flexibility for shift cross-coverage and location-spanning support within the company group.
