Microsoft Research Cambridge is hiring a two-year Robotics Research Intern to lead fundamental and applied robotics research, develop algorithms and control strategies, build functional prototypes, validate systems through experiments, and communicate results through presentations, reports, and publications. The role requires a PhD or on-track completion in a relevant engineering or computer science field, robotics expertise, hands-on robot programming and software–hardware integration experience, and a strong research publication record. The internship is based in Cambridge, United Kingdom, pays £6,655 per month, and accepts applications on an ongoing basis until filled.
