Description
Lyte is seeking an experienced Optics Engineering Lead to lead lens design for camera and optical sensors in sensor fusion systems. The role covers optical, thermal, and mechanical simulation; lens and camera assembly; supplier auditing and quality processes; data pipelines and yield improvement; micro-optics design and active alignment; reliability testing; and project management. Candidates need a master's degree, 10 years of relevant experience, optical simulation experience, camera-module knowledge, English communication skills, and project management ability. A Ph.D. and experience with lens design, supplier collaboration, DOE, quality processes, data automation, reliability testing, and IP67/IP69 camera design are preferred.
