Description
Apple is hiring a Camera Hardware Engineer to lead the research, design, development, testing, and qualification of high-performance compact camera modules. The role involves designing module structures and packaging, injection-molded and sheet-metal parts, PCBs, manufacturing and inspection drawings, tolerance analysis, design manufacturability, mechanical documentation, and FEA evaluation. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science field, CAD mechanical design skills, and structural and thermal FEA experience; experience with miniature or opto-mechanical modules, magnetic simulation, and voice coil motors is preferred.
