Description
Apple is hiring a Camera Hardware Engineer to lead the development of high-performance compact camera modules. The role involves designing camera module structures and packaging, injection-molded and sheet-metal parts, PCBs, and other components; creating manufacturing and inspection drawings; performing tolerance analysis; collaborating with component and camera manufacturing partners; documenting mechanical inspection and test requirements; and directing FEA engineers. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science field and mechanical design experience with CAD, 3D molding, and drafting; an MS degree and 10+ years of relevant industry experience are preferred.
