Description
Ford is hiring a Camera Software Engineering Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of in-vehicle camera features across IVI software and embedded camera firmware. The role leads requirements, architecture, implementation, integration, validation, manufacturing readiness, and OTA releases; coordinates Android, firmware, hardware, security, V&V, quality, and manufacturing teams; and manages camera video pipelines, machine-learning and computer-vision capabilities, vehicle-network communications, and secure firmware updates. The position requires 7–10 years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years leading engineering teams, and offers a hybrid arrangement with onsite work four or more days per week.
