Description
The Camera System Engineering team is seeking a Camera Systems Engineer to lead systems-level analysis, simulation, optimization, and tradeoff evaluation of imaging hardware and software. The role involves analyzing imaging systems using Matlab and/or Python, defining and analyzing lab characterization tests, evaluating factory and field data, creating specification documents, collaborating with hardware and software teams, and managing project deliverables and schedules. Candidates need detailed knowledge of imaging systems and modules, image signal processing, system modeling, data analysis, image quality metrics, and performance specification development; an MSc or PhD in a relevant field is preferred.
