NSSRA, the first Special Recreation Association in the country, is seeking Camp Counselors to work with individuals with disabilities in summer recreation programs. This role involves providing hands-on support, implementing various activities like sports, games, and arts, and ensuring the safety and engagement of participants. Camp Counselors will work in varying ratios depending on participant needs and will have the opportunity to develop professional skills and build meaningful relationships. The position requires active engagement, professional communication with stakeholders, timely reporting, and a commitment to inclusivity.
