The Communications Developer supports the Campaign Team by developing and maintaining HTML email templates in Engage Marketing Cloud, uploading, testing, and deploying email campaigns, managing campaign queues, and assisting with list creation. The role collaborates with Marketing Communications teams, prepares reports, escalates issues, maintains documentation, mentors team members, and contributes to workflow optimization. It requires HTML, CSS, media queries, XML, SQL Server, email marketing platform knowledge, and at least one year of marketing or technical experience.
