Description
The Campaign Execution Specialist will manage customer queries and complaints about promotions and bonuses, monitor customer activity, provide accurate promotion information, and deliver marketing campaigns using Optimove, Mailup, or Locosms. The role requires at least one year of similar experience in the iGaming industry, CRM or campaign experience, knowledge of sports and online gaming products, strong communication and teamwork skills, fluency in English and Portuguese, and flexibility to work on a 24/7 shift rotation.
