Townsquare Media is hiring a Campaign Launch Specialist for an in-office role in downtown Phoenix. The role supports client onboarding and campaign launches by coordinating post-sale handoffs, handling inbound customer calls, providing live edit support, troubleshooting technical issues, managing account updates, and guiding clients through activation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients; customer success or sales experience and bilingual English-Spanish ability are preferred.
