Indie Campers is hiring a Campervan Mechanic in Rome to maintain and repair its campervan fleet. The role involves diagnosing mechanical, electrical, heating, and hydraulic systems; performing preventive and corrective maintenance; repairing appliances and minor bodywork; coordinating with suppliers and regional teams; updating vehicle information systems; and supporting depot operations, customer check-in and check-out, and inventory management. Candidates need certified mechanical or mechatronics training, at least five years of hands-on mechanical and electrical repair experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, English and Italian proficiency, eligibility to work in Italy, a valid driver’s license, and weekend and public holiday availability.
