Description
The Campo Barback supports the bartending team in a high-volume, quality-driven restaurant and hospitality environment. Responsibilities include assisting with bar service, maintaining cleanliness and organization, stocking and replenishing bar supplies, preparing fruit and herbs, supporting beverage service, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with alcohol-service laws. The role requires 1–2 years of prior experience as a barback, busser, or server assistant, physical ability to work long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds, and BarSmarts certification within 60 days of hire.
