Pearlstone is hiring a part-time Campus Associate to support daily campus operations at its retreat center. The role handles guest check-in, parking, facility cleanliness, group coordination, equipment and first-aid support, and general customer service. It reports to the Campus Supervisor or Director of Hospitality Operations, requires reliable transportation, and offers up to 25 hours per week with access to some benefits; candidates may progress to a full-benefit schedule with consistent performance.
