Description
Meta is hiring a Campus Construction Manager to lead construction execution for large-scale data center projects, including new builds, land-ready and construction-ready sites, retrofits, and onsite fiber installations. The role manages onsite Construction Managers and matrixed Safety, QAQC, and Project Controls professionals; oversees project financial health, contracts, change orders, stakeholder partnerships, issue resolution, and continuous improvement; and supports hiring and recruitment across assigned areas. The position requires at least 15 years of professional construction and project-planning experience, large-scale construction management experience exceeding $500 million in annual construction spend, and a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or an equivalent degree or work experience.
