Description
The Campus Maintenance Director performs and coordinates campus repairs and physical maintenance, oversees preventative maintenance and emergency equipment, manages grounds and community upkeep, coordinates vendors, and maintains quality and safety records. The role also mentors maintenance personnel, may manage a community bus driver, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of related experience, cost-management knowledge, safety and computer skills, and current First Aid and CPR certification.
