The Campus Project Manager serves as an owner’s representative to monitor and report on a contractor’s performance, ensuring compliance with contract scope, university standards, and requirements. The role focuses on oversight, documentation, reporting, risk escalation, meeting coordination, and evaluation rather than executing project work. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5–10 years in project oversight or construction administration, with higher education project experience and third-party project management oversight experience preferred. The position is on-site at a university.
