The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping Bridgewater’s future talent pipeline by developing relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, and applying sound judgment to hire exceptional early-career talent. This role involves developing a deep understanding of hiring needs, engaging candidates with compelling communication, partnering with senior investors to create sourcing strategies, and assessing candidates holistically.
