The role is approximately 75% campus recruitment and relationship management, with 25% recruiting analytics, reporting, and process automation. Responsibilities include coordinating clinical rotations and internships, attending career fairs, recruiting new graduates, managing candidate follow-up, supporting employer branding, maintaining recruiting dashboards, preparing workforce reports, and improving recruiting workflows. The position requires at least two years of recruiting, campus relations, healthcare staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce development experience, along with relationship-building, presentation, Excel or Google Sheets, ATS, and travel capabilities.
