Description
The Poway Unified School District is hiring School Security Guards to patrol and supervise school campuses, enforce rules, monitor student and visitor activity, respond to incidents, assist with traffic and parking, search for contraband, and provide security at events. The role is available at Mt. Carmel High School on a traditional schedule and at the Career Technical Adult Education Campus on a modified schedule, with compensation ranging from $20.44 to $26.17 per hour depending on classification and step. Applicants must have a high school diploma, pass the CBEST, complete SB1626 training, and hold valid first aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
