Campus Store Leader role at Follett Higher Education supporting a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager with store operations, sales growth, customer service, team supervision, inventory control, and campus relationship management in a college bookstore environment. The position includes cash handling, shipping/receiving, merchandising of general merchandise and course materials, onboarding and coaching team members, scheduling, and coordinating campus events while maintaining operational and brand standards.
